The starter said "Flat Out"!
We won first place in the road race through the mountains yesterday and were awarded these medals and a nice bottle of wine at dinner last night. Since a car can only medal once on the event, we are " off the hook." However, due to somehow being in second place overall, we now have to start second..... so, early departure tomorrow for our drive over the high Andes mountains and then on to Santiago Chile.
