A note on the Fly Museum, really a road side cafe on our route Saturday. Just when our arteries started to trickle again we entered the Jamon Region. Cafe featured thick slices of buttered bread covered in delicious cured ham and topped with cheese. Also flies.
Spotted by Pam and Chuck Lyford, in a friends hangar, and authentically restored by their son's race shop; this right hand drive 1938 Chevy coup returns to her country of origin.

Saturday night on the town
Buen Pastor is the heart of the old city of Cordoba. Outdoor concert under the full moon, fireworks, everyone out and about. Cafe terraces full of futbol fans glued to a match on TV. A special evening topped off with the absolute finest meal we can remember in a true Argentino restaurant. Certainly most interesting menu, perfect Patagonian lager and the food beyond belief. Ristorante Alcorta wins it all.
